DMCA Policy

"Analyst Nvidia Target" is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the "Analyst Nvidia Target" service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth in this policy.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a notice of infringement with "Analyst Nvidia Target", you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on "Analyst Nvidia Target" was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Analyst Nvidia Target" may be found.
  • Acceptance of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
